Error: ERRSQB: 5145 (Failed to start SQL Backup Agent service.) (): 5 (Access is denied.)”

Today we got error while taking backups

SQL Server Red-gate database Backup Restore is failing with error(1) in SQL Server agent job, 

On running step manually from SSMS we got error (2)

Error1: "SQL Backup failed with exit code: 5145  SQL error code: 0 [SQLSTATE 42000] (Error 50000). "

Error2: "Error: ERRSQB: 5145 (Failed to start SQL Backup Agent service.) (): 5 (Access is denied.)"

As error clearly states that there is issue with SQL backup agent in red-gate , we have open  services.msc and check for service. In my server SQL backup agent was in stopped state due to last night server reboot.

I have started the services and job completed successfully.
